The Kapamilya actress took to her instagram account to speak up and apologize to fans she ignored as she exited in a building and made her way to a private van.
"A lot of you may be judging me, a lot of you may be hating on me right now, and a lot of you may be
disappointed with my past actions. You can tell me it's easy to even glance, how fast it is to smile or wave back... Because yes it is, and I apologize for not having done so," she wrote.
She also explained that she made an effort to say 'hi',but,unfortunately,it was not caught on the said video.
In response to some people who gave hasty conclusions and judge her directly,Julia posted:
"You can be laughing at me right now,mocking me or thinking this girl is just trying to save herself.This is me explaining myself even when I do not even have to,but I am. I am for my fans. I am for myself because I can not take way too much judgement from people who do not known me behind the camera."
