When first asked if she has a child, Pastillas Girl talked about her mistakes in life before making a clear answer.
"May mga pagkakamali ako sa past Ate Vice, dun sa mga pagkakamali na ‘yun may matututunan ka and you never judge a person dahil nagkamali ka kasi wala naming perpektong tao ‘di ba. Nagkamali ka bumangon ka sa tingin ko may dahilan ‘yung lahat kung bakit nangyayari yung mga nangyari. And sa tingin ko yung mga experiences ko na masasakit before, ‘yun yung nagging sandata ko ngayon para maging strong as a person" she said that gave a little confusion to Vice Ganda.The host then asked her again and she replied: "Wala po akong anak Ate Vice".
This was followed up by a question about 'abortion' issue which has been circulating on social media.In response to it, Pastillas Girl fearlessly answered: "Hindi po ako nagpalaglag ever sa buong buhay ko. Catholic po ako if ever na magkakaroon ako ng isang blessing aalagaan ko siya mamahalin ko siya."
